Responsibilities:
- Create the vision for developing, communicating, and implementing the user experience and associated UI framework and assets on multiple devices.
- Expertise creating detailed wireframes, sitemaps and user flows
- Create mockups to explore new web features and document final design specifications
- Help define reporting and perform metrics analysis to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop a shared product vision and then begin a process to define the experience and design
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Willingness to accept constructive criticism and iterate on designs as part of a team.
- Is skilled in using color, style, typography, icons, visual hierarchy, and the value of story to create helpful and enjoyable solutions for real people.
- An active collaborator that is self-motivated and self-directing. Enjoys working with a small team of smart, energetic people.
- Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines effectively
- Professional experience as an Interactive Designer, User Experience Designer, Information Architect, or Interactive Architect.
- Highly organized and a strong attention to detail.
- Easy-going, fun, and good sense of humor
