[TEACHING / JOB] Faculty Positions at Hongik University in Korea

1. Submission of Application

(A) Required Documents

1) Prior to filling out the application form, enter your basic information online as following.

– visit ⟶ click MENU(Input)

– sign up to be a member ⟶ login ⟶ input basic information (faculty position, contact number, address, educational background) ⟶ click SAVE ⟶ logout

※ No need to go further than the first page (ONLY step 1 basic information is required)

2) A hard copy of the completed online application

(Visit to download your completed application form)

3) Original copy of diploma(s) for each degree earned

4) Original copy of official transcript(s) for each degree earned

5) A copy of certificate of employment for all the jobs stated in the application form

6) A copy of all the portfolios stated in the list of research

7) 2 Letters of recommendation sealed and signed

8) A copy of the first two pages of current passport (if available)

9) A copy of both front and back sides of Alien Registration Card (if available)

Please note that

1) all the documents should be written either in English or in Korean (All documents written in languages other than Korean or English should be translated into Korean or English and attached to the original copies)

2) scanned copies of the documents sent by e-mail will NOT be accepted

3) original copies of diploma(s) and official transcript(s) will be returned after finishing evaluation.

4) hongik University may request for an apostilled (or notarized) Criminal Record Check after the employment

(B) Submission of Documents

All the required documents listed above (including the two sealed and signed letters of recommendation) should be submitted to the following address by no later than January 7th, 2013 either in person or via postal mail.
