The NYU-Poly Center for K12 STEM Education develops programs and lessons that bring together the University’s STEM expertise and innovations through creative hands-on projects, demonstrations and experiments for young people.
Position Available: Summer Instructor in K12 STEM Education Programs
Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth in a camp or other setting strongly preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be in college as an undergraduate or graduate student (NYU-Poly or NYU).
- Engineering (any), CS or environmental science major a plus.
- Great communications skills.
- Must be well organized and able to handle shifting priorities.
- Enthusiasm for sharing your passion for science, technology and engineering with young people required.
