Packer Database Manager and Analyst Position
Packer is seeking a Database Manager and Analyst to administer, manage and integrate the School’s database systems (e.g. Senior Systems Advantage, Blackbaud’s Raisers Edge, SQL server, MySQL, FileMaker Pro and others) and maintain data integrity, quality, and accuracy in and across systems. This role will work closely with various operational units, the Technology Department and other constituents to ensure users are utilizing our database systems to their fullest capabilities and to advance the school’s strategic plan. The Database Manager will provide training and direct technical support to users, as needed, helping them to understand how to best enter, manage and use data as a tool for making informed decisions. This role is also responsible for the development and maintenance of custom reporting formats and provides data collection, analysis and charting support for the annual Head of School’s Comprehensive Report.
