JOB: ONX Studio docents for exhibition and event tech coordinator

Hello! ONX Studio is hosting some exciting new shows this fall. We start this week with @azelinskie’s https://www.onx.studio/unfold, featuring work inspired by Webb’s first images in coordination with the James Webb Space Telescope team and artist talks with NASA scientists and engineers.

1) We are looking to hire XR-interested folks looking to act as docents on site at ONX who will help to guide people through the experiences and facilitate conversations about the work on view. It is a paid gig, this current show is ~6 hrs/day, $20/hr. Need docents for October 11-16 and October 18-23 from 12PM to 6PM on those dates.

2) We are also looking for an Event Tech Coordinator to help with upcoming exhibitions and other public programming. Responsibilities would include coordinating AV tech needs during exhibition run of show. Could become a longer term engagement for the right person. Would be a negotiable day or half-day rate depending on the event. First events would be for October 15/16 and October 22/23. Will prioritize people familiar with basic AV knowledge, DSLR cameras, live streaming, and troubleshooting HTC Vive setups.
