Product Manager
Software research and design firm seeks experienced product manager for full-time opportunity to create a platform for “the new way of reading” and to explore a new generation of conversation software.
First deliverables for the Product Manager position are product definition, modularized product UI design, and PRD for an existing collaboration environment with beta customers in Brazil. Subsequent versions will target specific markets, each with a specific UI configuration, unique user benefits and concomitant revenue potential. These product instances will be moved into the marketplace via app stores, partnerships, or both.
The successful candidate must have min 5 years experience managing products and their requirements, design business management systems knowledge, and experience in research, journalism, knowledge management/collaboration, and educational products.

• Impeccable design and communication skills
• Knowledge of and passion for user interface design processes and methodology
• Great organization, management and product lifecycle skills
• Outstanding research skills
• Knowledge of emerging technology and UX platforms
 
• Interaction design skills; experience creating wireframes, site/systems flows, site architecture diagrams, prototypes
• 5+ years of experience
Candidate should be able to show documentation and outcomes from prior positions. References will be required.
