The ideal candidate is an expert in JavaScript and AJAX, and naturally CSS and HTML, who thrives in a dynamic creative environment, and is comfortable working with emerging technologies. You must have an unshakable understanding of web standards and optimization, and be fluent with server-side coding/web frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3-6+ years of industry experience using the latest HTML, JavaScript and AJAX technologies
- Strong command of web standards, CSS-driven/table-less HTML layouts, DHTML (JavaScript 1.0-1.5, CSS1 CSS2, DOM Levels 0-2) cross-browser compatibility browser degradation strategies
- Previous work experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) development environments
- Previous work experience with Amazon Web Services and/or cloud based architectures
- Knowledge of optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual rendering speed), dynamic content retrieval, state management, accessibility techniques, device-portability techniques, and internationalization issues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or applicable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in jQuery and other JavaScript libraries, and experience building production web applications
- Solid understanding of OOP and event-driven programming
- Knowledge of HCI and application UI design
