The Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy seeks NYU graduate students to work as research assistants (RAs). RAs must commit approximately 10-20 hours per week during the school year, and have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during summer.

Data Visualization and Web Development
Data visualization and web development research assistants will create web-based data visualizations for the Furman Center’s blog and other showcase web projects. The work requires proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming and ability to work with large datasets. Familiarity with d3, processing, fusion tables, cartodb or other visualization technologies and an interest in urban policy is highly desirable. Please include a link to sample of your work with your application.
