JOB: Project Associate (DEP/Interpretive Resources)

 

This Friday (tomorrow), we are posting the position of Project Associate in the Department of Education Publications within the Division of Education at the National Gallery of Art. Please forward this email to people who may be interested in applying.

 

The primary purpose of the position is to write and manage interpretive content and to contribute design and digital platform expertise for key parts of the Education Division’s section of the website (including NGA Classroom and Learning Resources pages); various digital application projects; online features and tours; and other projects related to the Gallery’s permanent collection. The incumbent will serve as a content and platform specialist who works collaboratively on digital outreach. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of art history and/or museum education, skill in developing educational materials for a variety of platforms and audiences, and the ability to research, synthesize, and communicate information effectively. We would also like to find someone who will contribute to the Division’s collaborative environment.
