Associate Director of Data Analytics and Strategy
The Associate Director of Data Analytics and Strategy will collaborate with various external stakeholders to drive the long term data strategy for enterprise data integration while creating a systematic approach to data governance, stewardship and change management. In this role, you will be a key member of a team whose mission is to enable socially responsible, efficient inter-agency data sharing by providing strategic guidance on data and technology processes. This role has a high degree of visibility so the suitable candidate should be comfortable planning, creating and delivering persuasive presentations
Data Architect
The Data Architect will manage the data modeling and database architecture for a number of strategic citywide initiatives led by the Mayor’s Office of Operations. S/he will work closely with City agencies, contracted service providers and vendors to perform data profiling, source system analysis and data modeling. Additionally, s/he will participate in the development of innovative strategies to enable better data integration across multiple domains within the City.
Design
Front End Developer
The front end developer will work closely with design, data and technology team members to enhance and expand our current products and create new digital services. S/he should have strong web development skills to make tools that are human-centered and help make complex information easy to understand.
Technology
Director of Technology Development
The Director of Technology Development leads the vision, strategy, and execution of digital service development. S/he partners closely with the Design and Data teams to deliver human-centered, data-driven digital services that are continuously improved and updated to meet the needs of all users and City stakeholders. The Director oversees the long term strategy for technology support while also bringing new technologies and tools to bear on priority anti-poverty initiatives.
Director of IT Operations
The Director of IT Operations manages a team of systems administrators whose purpose is to ensure that all applications are optimized and maintain high application up time. The Director of IT Operations will also assume a strategic role in the intake process for new projects to implement. S/he plays an important role in overseeing critical infrastructure upgrades necessary to maintain and expand on existing products and to contribute to data integration initiatives, including service alerts and analysis to promote coordinated cross-agency case management and client care.
Systems Administrator
As part of the Technology Team, the Application Systems Administrator coordinates the details relating to the infrastructure to support our applications from initial design through testing and deployment. S/he works closely with team members and partners to ensure high application uptime.
