Job Summary:

Lead the design and deployment of VF’s Digital platform in the US, EMEA, and Asia, as

a key enabler of VF’s growth strategy. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and

external teams to execute on time, on budget, mission-critical projects across multiple

brands and multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead a team focused on the expansion of VF’s Digital Platform.

 Drive transformational change, combined with development and effective

execution of technology strategy, in a highly competitive global marketplace,

 Work alongside talented, passionate and innovative professionals in VF’s Global

Business Technology organization, to drive digital commerce strategy and

transform the technology landscape that will enable the future for VF’s Direct to

Consumer Business.

 Identify and realize business opportunities that deliver substantial increases in

profitability, performance, and innovation.

 Gain alignment and support throughout the organization for the Digital Roadmap

and continuously evolving digital strategy

 Work with cross functional teams across the company to make sure all parties

understand the initiatives and what implications the project may have to their

team

 Accountable for the products produced by the team, using analysis to measure the

results of all site launches to quantify the business benefit/impact, and identify

further business opportunities.

 Provide team leadership to inspire, develop and coach team members to enable

professional growth opportunities and succession planning.

Experience:

 Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the E-commerce and digital space.

 BA/BS degree

 Proven program and project management success

 Experience in an online retail environment (direct to consumer) preferably

apparel, or other consumer focused technology products

 Experience in working within a global, matrix organization collaborating with

business stakeholders, technology, and other cross-functional teams.

 Experience with the Agile development process preferred

 Retail, E-Commerce, Mobile, and Omni channel retail experience preferred

 Entrepreneurial, out-of- the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong

work ethic

 Proven thought leader, highly strategic process expert who partners closely with

key stakeholders across the business and IT to define the vision, identify new

feature sets and technologies and develop plans and approaches to achieve

strategic goals.

 Seasoned leader with a passion for solving consumer problems interwoven with

deep operational complexity.

 Strong background in E-Commerce technology with clear understanding of how it

can be used to make a positive business impact and make ongoing

recommendations to drive business growth.

 Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product

design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back

up assumptions and recommendations

that drive VF’s leadership in digital commerce.

 Ability to develop executive level communication and facilitate understanding

and alignment at the upper levels of the organization.

 Ability to effectively translate business strategies into technology strategies and

specifications that deliver against our core consumer value propositions and our

company’s strategic and financial goals.

 Ability to identify new opportunities and develop business case/ROI for projects,

including analysis of digital market trends, technology trends, and justifying

initiatives and expenditures.

 Ability to establish key metrics required to deliver and ensure timely and accurate

implementations that result in a best-in- class digital experience
