JOB: Video Game Design Teaching Opportunity

I am the Director of Pratt’s Center for Art, Design and Community Engagement, K-12. In my role, I oversee many of Pratt’s on-campus and off-campus K-12 educational programming, including our long-running Saturday Art School and landmark Pratt Young Scholars Program.
I am writing to you at the suggestion of Pey Emory, a recent NYU graduate, who is on staff in my center.
One of my off-campus partners has expressed an interest in a video game design program for high school students.
As a result, I am looking for a Teaching Artist, or other professional who is willing to teach, who can teach video game design for about 8 weeks, two evenings a week, in Coney Island.
Salary is competitive with industry standards.
MIght one of your faculty be interested in this position, or might they be able to recommend someone?
I would be delighted to work with one of your faculty, recent graduates, or current graduate student.
I am grateful, in advance for your consideration.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you might have and feel free to share this e-mail within your game design community.
Best,

Daniel
