Experience Design Rotational Development Program

Associate — User Research:

Make an impact, and love your job

For three decades, Intuit has created innovative products that improve people’s financial lives so profoundly that they can’t imagine going back to the old way. Whether it’s helping parents save money to send their kids to college, small business owners be their own bosses and achieve their dreams, or rural farmers in India getting better prices for their crops, we are making a huge difference every day. Through market-leading brands such as QuickBooks, Quicken, TurboTax, GoPayment, and Mint.com, we serve over 50 million personal users and 7 million small businesses worldwide – and are still growing.

We’re innovators, and we don’t stand still. As the world evolves, so do we — inventing new solutions to solve important problems, perfecting those solutions, and delighting our customers. Because of this, we are recognized by our peers as one of the world’s most-admired software companies, and have built an incredible team and a great place to work.

We are looking for inspired, innovative people who are eager to join us, and create products that revolutionize people’s lives. We want people who are bursting with creativity, and who will attack their jobs in new and innovative ways. We want you!

Launch your career as a researcher and future leader

Our Experience Design Rotational Development Program (XD RDP) is a 2-year program dedicated to providing you with a unique combination of skills, experiences, and connections to kickstart your career as a researcher and leader. Through four, six-month rotations in different roles and teams throughout the company, you will work on some of the most important and exciting business projects, and make a significant impact. RDP Associates have pioneered innovative technologies and processes, built new businesses from the ground up, and developed creative campaigns to enter new markets and grow our business.

You will develop a deep expertise in user research — uncovering and delivering deep customer insights that guide the creation of innovative, delightful experiences — and will also have the opportunity to develop a broad set of complimentary skills in areas such as interaction design, visual design, content design, marketing, product management, business strategy, and leadership.

In addition to these challenging projects, you will learn from both senior leaders and experienced managers who encourage and foster your personal and professional growth, as well as from other RDP Associates who share the same drive and passion that you have. With XD RDP, you’re not hired to just do a job, you’re being developed by the best leaders and mentors we have, to lead change, create innovative ideas, and delight customers. With this breadth of experience and network, you will build an incredibly strong foundation for long-term success in your career!
